Early-career faculty in their first three years at UBC are invited to apply for the Maximizing Impact mentorship and coaching program.
Maximizing Impact is an eight-month cohort-based program, which provides mentorship and coaching to engage early-career academics and educational leaders in maximizing the impact of their research, teaching and leadership. This year’s cohort is open to non-tenured faculty at the level of Assistant Professor in the educational leadership and research streams, who are within their first three years at UBC Vancouver or Okanagan.
The program will start September 2024 and continue through the end of April 2025. Submit your application by September 9.
