Lynda.com is an online collection of instructional videos
designed to provide training in a variety of areas such as software skills
development, learning new technology tools, and workplace business practices.
This learning resource supports the availability of accessible, timely,
work-related learning opportunities to enhance employee performance and career
development. For staff and faculty, access to lynda.com’s learning

Managing at UBC
The Managing@UBC Program is available to M&P Managers who
directly manage staff. It is a self-directed program designed to support
managers in their role, recognizing the significant responsibility they hold
for employee performance, engagement and achievement of unit goals. The program
is designed to fit around the busy schedule of a manager and covers a variety
of topics such as Employee Relations, Difficult Conversations, Vision & Goal

Your eligibility for the UBC Tuition Fee Waiver depends on your UBC employee group.
