How long have you worked at the Faculty of Medicine?
I started with the Faculty of Medicine in September 2017.
Tell us what you do at the Faculty in one or two sentences:
I support the implementation of evaluations and strategic initiatives of the Undergraduate Medical Education Renewed Curriculum and Assessment. I provide support for the development of data collection instruments, collection and analyses of quantitative and qualitative data, and the completion of reports for program stakeholders.
What’s your favourite thing about your work?
I really enjoy working with our evaluation associates and specialists, as they provide a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. As a current graduate student in Public Policy and Program Evaluation, I find our evaluation team very supportive in offering mentorship and providing opportunities for me to apply my knowledge. I am very excited to grow within our ESU Team!
One thing we might be surprised to learn about you?
I have backpacked all over Africa, as well as worked in Cape Town in Health Evaluation. Yes, I did go shark cage diving!
What is the song you sang out loud as a teenager?
I am a millennial, therefore it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the hit in 2001 was ‘Bye Bye Bye' by NSYNC.
What makes you laugh?
Inside jokes with my friends and family.
One thing on your desk you brought from home?
My MEC water bottle.
Most healthy habit:
Backpacking, bouldering, and spin.
