How long have you worked at the UBC Faculty of Medicine?

Almost 11 years

Tell us what you do at the Faculty in one or two sentences:

Coordinate academic sessions, provide scheduling for the residency and undergraduate programs, and keep track of resident information, evaluations, and funding. I also perform all administrative duties for the Division of Neurosurgery.

What’s your favourite thing about your work?

Working with very talented and highly-educated people every single day. It keeps me sharp.

One thing we might be surprised to learn about you?

I used be a French horn player at community bands and now I am a choir singer! 

What is the song you sang out loud as a teenager? 

Bohemian Rhapsody.. Mama, ooh…

What makes you laugh?

My husband’s silly jokes. 

One thing on your desk you brought from home? 

Coffee mug and water bottle. 

Most healthy habit: 

Eat, Play, Laugh! 

What is your favourite vacation spot and why?

Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is very impressive city, especially La Recoleta Cemetery.
