Technical / Process Assistance

For technical support, or questions about RMS processes, please email RMS Support at rms.support@ubc.ca.

You can expect your request to be:​

  • Reviewed within 1-2 business days
  • Resolved within 2-3 business days or updated with an expected completion date

When submitting a support email, please include the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Department / Program 
  • RMS Role (e.g. Program Director, Program Administrator, Read-Only)
  • CWL username
  • Contact information (email, phone)
  • Issue / question
  • Screenshot or Additional Details
