You can expect your request to be:
- Reviewed within 1-2 business days
- Resolved within 2-3 business days or updated with an expected completion date
When submitting a support email, please include the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Department / Program
- RMS Role (e.g. Program Director, Program Administrator, Read-Only)
- CWL username
- Contact information (email, phone)
- Issue / Question
- Screenshot or Additional Details
