For account set-up, technical support, or clinical faculty profile updates, please contact the Business Support Analyst using the Change Request Tool. If you require access to this tool, please email ttp.support@ubc.ca.

You can expect your request to be*:

  • Reviewed within one business day
  • Resolved within two business days or updated with an expected completion date

*Please note there may be some delays during implementation phase

When submitting a support request, please include the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Role (e.g. Activity Tracker, Activity Validator, Exception Approver)
  • CWL username
  • Contact information (email, phone)
  • Department, Program Site
  • Issue / question
  • Screenshot or Additional Details
