Educational Activity (EA) Forms are designed to provide an overview of
each educational session within the MD undergraduate program, this is
meant as a high level index of educational activities.
The Curriculum Managment Unit (CMU) is concerned with:
WHAT is taught (the content, areas of expertise and the learning outcomes)
HOW it is taught (the learning resources, delivery of content and learning opportunities)
WHEN it is taught (the timetable and curriculum sequence)

Timelines and Escalation Process
submit the completed EA form two (2) weeks prior to the start of your teaching week. You can
save your online EA form and
send the link to another instructor should you want their review or
additions. This is especially useful in sessions where more than one
instructor is teaching (often at different sites).
