The UBC Payroll team has advised that 2025 T4 Tax Slips will be available on or before Monday, March 2, 2026.
Once they are published, faculty and staff can access their payroll-related 2025 T4 and T4A tax slips for personal income tax returns through Workday.
To help prepare for a smooth T4/T4A season:
- Ensure that your home address is up-to-date in Workday.
- Ensure that your “home address” in Workday is not your UBC work address.
