A message from Roger Wong, Vice Dean, Education.
I am pleased to announce the extension of Dr. Sarah Bartlett as interim Associate Dean, Student Affairs, effective to May 31, 2025.
Dr. Bartlett is a clinical instructor in the Department of Family Practice. Most recently, she served as Assistant Dean, Student Affairs for the Vancouver Fraser Medical Program, where she led the advancement of various wellbeing initiatives and worked collaboratively with students, faculty and staff to advance student supports. Dr. Bartlett has extensive teaching experience and comprehensive knowledge of curricular and assessment policies and procedures.
As interim Associate Dean, Student Affairs, Dr. Bartlett will continue to provide strategic leadership and planning to continue enhancing province-wide student support services offered through the Office of the Student Affairs in the MD Undergraduate Program, including counselling, wellbeing programs, career advising and planning, financial advising, and equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
