Starting Friday, November 1, 2024, faculty and staff will have a new Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provider through GreenShield Health.
The new EFAP will provide eligible faculty, staff and their dependents with free access to comprehensive, personalized mental and physical health support, including unlimited counselling and work-life consultations.
Eligible faculty and staff will receive an email on November 1 from UBC’s HR Benefits team with details to sign up to GreenShield’s digital platform.
