As part of the Faculty of Medicine’s commitment to equity and inclusion, I encourage you to complete UBC’s confidential 2023 Employment Equity Survey by October 31.
For those of you who completed the survey prior to October 2021, you are invited to update your responses in the latest survey, which offers more options for self-identification. Please note that your responses are completely confidential — no individually identifiable information is shared with leadership, management or human resources.
This important survey — which takes just three minutes to complete — will enable UBC to continue taking concrete steps towards identifying and removing systemic barriers to equity in recruitment, employment, retention and promotion, and to report on progress.
