Orange Shirt Day takes place each year on September 30 to honour and uphold Survivors and intergenerational Survivors of the Indian residential school system, and to remember those who didn’t return home.

Join the Intergenerational March to commemorate Orange Shirt Day on September 30 at UBC Vancouver. Members of the UBC community, families and those in solidarity are welcome to participate. Hosted by the Faculties of Forestry and Land and Food Systems, the march aims to be educational and supportive to the Indigenous community on campus and beyond.
