UBC Okanagan Work Study
The Work Study program has $400,000 available in subsidies to enable faculty and staff at UBC Okanagan to create outstanding student employment opportunities.
If you have a work opportunity to help students develop their professional skills and contribute to a work environment, submit a proposal to the Work Study program by Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
UBC Vancouver Work Learn
UBC Vancouver faculty and staff are invited to submit a proposal to hire temporary student employees through the UBC Work Learn program.
The Work Learn program funds approximately 3,500 part-time hourly appointments each year, subsidizing meaningful work experiences for current UBC Vancouver students. Submit a proposal for the Summer 2026 session by Monday, January 26, 2026.
UBCV faculty can also submit a proposal for a summer research project through the Work Learn International Undergraduate Research Awards Program by January 28.
