Move UBC is an annual university-wide initiative to encourage faculty, staff and the wider university community to add movement into their daily lives.

This February, Move UBC marks 10 years of inspiring our campus community to move more. From boosting wellbeing to building a more connected campus, Move UBC encourages our campus community to move in ways that feel empowering, comfortable, and motivating.
