Early-career faculty in their first three years at UBC are invited to register for the Maximizing Impact mentorship and coaching program.
Maximizing Impact is a six-month cohort-based program now entering its fourth year. It is open to all non-tenured early-career researchers/faculty members at the level of Assistant Professor who are within their first three years at UBC. This unique and intentionally designed program provides mentorship and coaching. It engages early-career researchers/faculty in maximizing the impact of their academic endeavours.
The program will start late November 2023 and continue through the end of April 2024. Register by October 31, 2023.
