November is Thrive month at UBC, a time when the UBC community comes together to learn about, talk about, and explore ways to support our mental health.
Now in its 16th year, the campaign is dedicated to shining a spotlight on the incredible resources, groups, and departments at UBC that work year-round to support mental health and wellbeing. Faculty, staff, students and the broader campus community are invited to explore the variety of ways to connect and resources to support you during November and beyond.
