If you cycle to UBC Vancouver, or want to start, explore three cycling programs aimed to promote cycling on campus and improve the experience of all cyclists in our community.
Bike Valet pilot
UBCV is piloting a Bike Valet service every Wednesday and Thursday, from September 18 to October 10. With the aim of improving safety for cyclists and their bikes, safe and secured bike parking will be offered 8 am–6 pm outside Koerner Library on Main Mall.
Try an E-bike program
Faculty, staff and students at UBC Vancouver can trial an e-bike free of charge for seven days, in partnership with Zygg. The program runs through to Thursday, October 31.
E-bike Subsidy program
In partnership with Zygg, UBC Vancouver faculty and staff can purchase, lease, rent-to-own and subscribe to Zygg e-bikes at discounted rates. This program is available until December 31, 2024.
