The purpose of this task force is to recommend to the Dean and to the Faculty Executive Committee specific activities and initiatives that the Faculty of Medicine can undertake to actively create and maintain respectful learning and working environments for students, trainees, staff, and faculty.
We are seeking Faculty of Medicine community input to inform our recommendations. This online forum will close July 8, 2019.
Share your perspective on creating and sustaining respectful environments, for example:
- Ideas about how we could improve respectfulness in our working and learning environments; and/or
- Lessons learned from your experiences with initiatives here or elsewhere that have been successful (or unsuccessful) at creating/sustaining respectful working and learning environments; and/or
- Information from other institutions/organizations that are leaders in this area, and from the literature; and/or
- Any other input into the Task Force's work.
