The Developing Leaders Program — which has evolved from the Managing at UBC Program — is now taking applications for its Winter 2024 program.
Offered by UBC Human Resources, this five-month program is aimed at equipping early-career managers at UBC with the skills and knowledge required to lead with confidence and effectiveness. It is designed for people-leaders who are currently in a management role and have been leading staff for three years or less (in or outside of UBC).
