Applications are now open for Michael Smith Health Research BC’s Research Trainee 2025 competition.
The program provides post-doctoral fellows or health professional researchers with salary support for dedicated research activities, allowing early-career researchers to focus on conducting high-quality, innovative research. Since 2001, more than 1,400 Research Trainee awards have helped develop, attract and retain the province’s best and brightest health researchers and support the advancement of world-class health research in B.C. 34 UBC trainees and postdoctoral fellows were awarded funding through the 2024 competition.
Submit a letter of intent by 4:30 pm on Thursday, December 12, 2024.
