Participate in the Faculty of Medicine Staff Mentoring Program 2025 — apply to be a mentor by October 16.
The Staff Mentoring Program aims to connect staff, enhancing lifelong professional development through sharing of experiences and knowledge. Mentors can make a meaningful impact in the lives of colleagues and contribute to their personal and professional growth, while building connections across the Faculty and developing leadership skills.
The upcoming cohort of the program will run from January to December 2025, including a kick-off session and regular meetings with your mentee. No prior mentoring experience is required.
