About the office

The Graduate and Postdoctoral Education Office is the main link between the Faculty of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies, research graduate programs, and postdoctoral fellows in the Faculty of Medicine.

Its primary purposes are to:

  1. Provide leadership in research graduate and postdoctoral education
  2. Provide oversight and support to research graduate programs and postdoctoral fellows
  3. Evaluate research graduate programs and facilitate program development and collaboration
  4. Facilitate coordination and communication among research graduate programs, research graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows in the Faculty of Medicine
  5. Represent and advocate for research trainee interests, needs, and accomplishments within the Faculty of Medicine, university, and beyond
