Full-Time Tenure Stream   

• Letter to an Interviewed yet unsuccessful Candidate: A sample letter to send to job candidates who have been interviewed, but were not identified as the final candidate (i.e. offered the position).
• Offer Letter Template – FoM Full-Time Faculty – RESEARCH STREAM (ver Jan 2023):  A Faculty of Medicine template to be used for all tenure stream academic faculty in the Research stream (Acting Assistant Professor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor (grant tenure track/grant tenure/tenure track/tenure). 
• Offer Letter Template – FoM Full-Time Faculty – EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP STREAM (ver Jan 2023):  A Faculty of Medicine template to be used for all tenure stream academic faculty in the Educational Leadership stream (Assistant Professor of Teaching, Associate Professor of Teaching, Professor of Teaching (tenure track/tenure)).
• Addendum to Housing Assistance Program: To be included with the Housing Applications when sent to the Dean’s Office for approval.
• Before obtaining signatures on an Offer Letter, be sure to send the Draft Offer Letter to Svetlana Perry or Andie Sha, Assistant Managers, Faculty HR, following the Faculty HR Team Portfolio Breakdown (May 2023), for a review and to finalize the Offer Letter.
• Use Sample – Funding Commitment Confirmation to clarify commitments by Departments, Schools, Centres and Institutes.

Full-Time BCCA Grant Tenure Track 

• Use our offer letter template UBC appointees + BCCA employees (Please contact the Faculty HR team for assistance).  
• Please contact Andie Sha or Svetlana Perry, Assistant Managers, Faculty HR, according to the Faculty HR Team Portfolio Breakdown (May 2023), for a copy of the BCCA agreement and its appendices, which will be needed as an appendix to the offer letter.
