Facilitators: Madison Tardif & Harpreet Ahuja both are Equity Advisors with the Office of Respectful Environments, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the Faculty of Medicine

Overview:  This session will explore how HR professionals can respond to disclosures in ways that support connection, build capacity, and honour individual choice. Through case-based discussion and shared reflection, participants will consider how to foster equity and trust in their interactions, clarify available options, and contribute to more transparent and accountable organizational practices.
