How to Get Support
The type of support required for a VC session depends
primarily on the technical requirements of the session and the level of
training acquired by session participants.
For more information on the modes of support provided by
MedIT, and the responsibilities associated with them, please refer to the Facilities Technical Support Modes page.
Participants are encouraged to contact the MedIT Service
Desk if a site is not connected or if they experience any technical issues
during the event. The Service Desk number is displayed in all Faculty of
Medicine-supported VC rooms.
