How to Get Support

Support Options

The type of support required for a VC session depends primarily on the technical requirements of the session and the level of training acquired by session participants.

Participants are encouraged to contact the MedIT Service Desk if a site is not connected or if they experience any technical issues during the event. The Service Desk number is displayed in all Faculty of Medicine-supported VC rooms.
