Academic Space Inventory
The Academic Space Inventory includes over 1.9 million square feet of space that is required to support the activities of the Faculty’s Academic Programs, Departments and Schools, Administrative Units, Research Centres and Institutes, across multiple Health Authority and University sites.
In compliance with the Academic Space Protocol, the Space Planning and Facilities Management Unit ensures that Academic Space is used efficiently, maintains the Inventory through regular site visits, and submits an annual report to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Advanced Education. Each year, Department, School, Centre and Institute administrators are asked to provide updates to their respective inventory in order to provide the Ministry with the most up to date information. Please see the Academic Space Inventory Update Instructions site for more details.
